Typefaces — available immediately, no shipping
Typefaces are digital products. Once your payment has been received, the files are ready to download straight away: as a link in your order confirmation and permanently in your customer account. No shipping costs apply and there is no delivery time.
Downloads can be retrieved as often as you like and do not expire. We still recommend backing up the files after purchase.

Merchandise — made to order
T-shirts, caps, bags, mugs and posters are produced after you order. Production and shipping are handled by our partner Printful from its European fulfilment locations.

The specific delivery time is stated with each item. Shipping costs appear in your cart as soon as you enter a delivery country — always before you complete the order.
Fanzine — sent by us
We ship the Flexn – Drawings Fanzine ourselves as a large letter.

Ordering several things at once
Merchandise and the fanzine come from different places: one from Printful’s production facility, the other from our desk. If you order both, you will receive two separate parcels — and two shipping charges accordingly. They may arrive at different times. From €100 order value both parcels ship free of charge.
Typefaces are unaffected: they are available immediately, even when a t-shirt from the same order is still on its way.
If something does not arrive
Get in touch at hello@schfonts.com. For damaged or faulty items a photo helps, then we will sort out a replacement or refund.
Schriften — sofort verfügbar, kein Versand
Schriften sind digitale Produkte. Nach Eingang deiner Zahlung stehen die Dateien sofort zum Download bereit: als Link in der Bestellbestätigung und dauerhaft in deinem Kundenkonto. Es fallen keine Versandkosten an, und es gibt keine Lieferzeit.
Die Downloads sind unbegrenzt oft abrufbar und laufen nicht ab. Wir empfehlen trotzdem, die Dateien nach dem Kauf zu sichern.

Merchandise — Herstellung auf Bestellung
T-Shirts, Caps, Taschen, Tassen und Poster werden erst nach deiner Bestellung angefertigt. Herstellung und Versand übernimmt unser Partner Printful aus dessen europäischen Produktionsstandorten.

Wenn du mehrere Dinge zusammen bestellst
Merchandise und Fanzine kommen aus verschiedenen Häusern: das eine aus der Produktion von Printful, das andere von unserem Schreibtisch. Bestellst du beides zusammen, erhältst du zwei getrennte Sendungen — und entsprechend werden auch zwei Versandkosten berechnet. Sie können zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten ankommen. Ab 100 € Bestellwert sind beide Sendungen kostenlos.
Schriften sind davon nicht betroffen: Sie stehen sofort bereit, auch wenn im selben Einkauf noch ein T-Shirt unterwegs ist.
