There are four ways to pay. Which ones you see depends on your device and browser — Apple Pay only appears on Apple devices, Google Pay in Chrome and on Android.

When you are charged
Payment is due when you place your order. For typefaces we release the download as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment — usually a matter of seconds. Merchandise goes into production once payment has arrived.
Security
You enter your payment details directly with the respective provider. We never see full card numbers at any point and do not store them. The connection is encrypted throughout.
Which data is transmitted to PayPal and Stripe is set out in our privacy policy.
Prices
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added for merchandise and shown during checkout.
We do not offer the reverse charge procedure: businesses from other EU member states pay the same gross price as everyone else.
What we do not offer
Purchase on account, advance bank transfer, direct debit and instalment payments are not available.
If a payment fails
If a payment is interrupted, no contract is concluded and nothing is charged. Simply try again or choose a different payment method. If something goes wrong, write to us at hello@schfonts.com.
Du kannst bei uns auf vier Wegen bezahlen. Welche davon dir angezeigt werden, hängt von deinem Gerät und Browser ab — Apple Pay etwa erscheint nur auf Apple-Geräten, Google Pay in Chrome und auf Android.

Wann abgebucht wird
Der Betrag wird mit Abschluss der Bestellung fällig. Bei Schriften geben wir den Download frei, sobald der Zahlungsdienstleister die Zahlung bestätigt hat — das dauert in der Regel nur Sekunden. Merchandise geht in Produktion, sobald die Zahlung eingegangen ist.
Sicherheit
Deine Zahlungsdaten gibst du direkt beim jeweiligen Anbieter ein. Vollständige Kreditkartennummern bekommen wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu sehen und speichern sie auch nicht. Die Verbindung ist durchgehend verschlüsselt.

Preise
Alle Preise sind Endpreise und enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer. Bei Merchandise kommen Versandkosten hinzu, die im Bestellvorgang ausgewiesen werden.
Ein Reverse-Charge-Verfahren bieten wir nicht an: Unternehmen aus dem EU-Ausland kaufen zum selben Bruttopreis wie alle anderen.
Was wir nicht anbieten
Kauf auf Rechnung, Vorkasse per Überweisung, Lastschrift und Ratenzahlung sind bei uns nicht möglich.
Wenn eine Zahlung fehlschlägt
Bricht die Zahlung ab, kommt kein Vertrag zustande und es wird nichts abgebucht. Versuch es in dem Fall einfach erneut oder wähle eine andere Zahlungsart. Wenn etwas hakt, schreib uns an hello@schfonts.com.
